What's inside APM:
  • A program built on your numbers: You test first, so every weight, pace and heart rate zone is set from your results. Plus 40 lessons across 7 modules.
  • Proof you're progressing: Retest after 10 weeks, then at the end of every 16-week block. Stronger lifts, a lower heart rate at the same pace, faster recovery.
  • Live coaching calls & office hours, every week: One week we're live on a call. The next is Office Hours with Libby, with a proper coaching reply on video, voice or in writing.
  • Weekly check-ins that actually get read: Every Saturday you tell us what went well, what didn't and what you need. I reply to every one.
  • In Real Time: Libby's private behind-the-scenes channel: What I'm testing on myself, eating, experimenting with, and what I'd actually recommend or skip.
  • Our private fat loss channel, with your own thread: Start and finish dates, weekly reviews in the app and Monday check-ins. Fat loss with a plan and a finish line.
  • Form checks & answers between calls: Dedicated channels for strength, cardio and form checks. Film your lift, get feedback, keep progressing.
  • Your Monthly Fuel, included: Recipe packs, workshops, the private podcast and Action Kits, for as long as you're in APM.
Every plan includes Your Monthly Fuel for as long as you're a member. All prices are in USD. Your plan renews automatically at the end of your term at the price you joined on, and we email you before every renewal. To cancel, email ask@libbywescombe.info at least 14 days before your renewal date.
