In-depth form checks: Detailed feedback so your lifts actually build muscle. Clear cues, corrections, and intent, not surface-level comments.
Performance-first nutrition framework: A structured approach to eating for strength, muscle growth, recovery, fat loss and recomposition. Includes options with tracking or without tracking, depending on what serves you best.
Lifestyle habits as non-negotiables: You’ll be coached on the core daily and weekly behaviours that support performance, recovery, and consistency. These are your baseline standards.
Ongoing adjustments & progression:As your capacity improves, your training, cardio, and nutrition evolve so progress doesn’t stall.
