  • Train, mingle, eat and hang out with us in SYDNEY, on November 17th for a full-on / full-day event
  •  Event is broken into two sections: mastering the main lifts & content and education on elegance and intensity. In the morning you'll train lower body to build L.Y.L (legs you love), then in the afternoon you’ll train upper body to build S.Y.L (shoulders you love).
  • You will be in the room with 19 other amazing women, and you’ll be working directly, one-to-one with us throughout the day
  • You will get movement / exercise coaching, feedback on programming, overall coaching on your training. All designed to take your next year (and beyond), to a whole other level

I can’t attend in person; can I do this online?
No. This is an in person event.  It's a high-level, deep dive, IRL coaching experience.  This is your opportunity to get in a room with us.  By being in the room with us all and moving alongside us, you will absorb more for your training in one day than you likely would in a whole year.
What exactly is The Elegant Edge?
The Elegant Edge is a one-day training workshop designed for women who want to combine raw strength with graceful movement. You’ll receive expert coaching on key lifts, learn how to train with intensity, and move with elegance to finally achieve the results you’re after.

Who is this event for?
This event is for women who are already training consistently but want to level up. If you’re ready to master your form, push your limits, and feel confident in your movement, The Elegant Edge is for you. It’s also ideal for anyone feeling stuck in their current routine or wanting to refine their technique.
Do I need to be an experienced lifter to attend?
No, you don’t need to be a seasoned athlete! Whether you’re a beginner or have years of lifting experience, we’ll tailor our coaching to your skill level. What matters most is your willingness to show up, train hard, and embrace the elegance in your movement.

What will I learn at The Elegant Edge?
You’ll learn how to master key lifts like the squat and deadlift, refine your technique, and apply intensity in your workouts to unlock real results. We’ll also teach you how to move with elegance, so you not only feel strong but also look graceful while doing it.

How intense will the training be?
This isn’t a ‘light’ workshop—expect to push your limits! Our focus is on training with intensity, so you’ll leave knowing how to maximise effort in your workouts. However, the intensity will be adapted to your individual ability, so don’t worry if you’re newer to lifting.
What’s included in the event price?
The price covers a full day of hands-on coaching, training, and technique workshops, a catered lunch, exclusive event recordings, a gift bag, and a workbook with actionable steps to elevate your training. You’ll also get access to our training roadmap and the chance to network with like-minded women.

Will I get personal feedback on my technique?
Absolutely girl! One of the key features of The Elegant Edge is real-time coaching. You’ll receive individualised feedback from Amy and Libby on your lifts and movements to help you refine your form and technique.
Do I need to bring my own equipment?
Nope! All the equipment you’ll need will be provided at the event. Just bring yourself, your training gear, and a readiness to train hard!


What should I wear?
Wear comfortable workout clothes that you can train in, and don’t forget to bring a water bottle and any snacks you might want throughout the day. We’ll provide lunch, but it’s always a good idea to have some extra fuel on hand!
How many people will be at the event?
We’re keeping this event small and exclusive, with a maximum of 20 participants. This ensures you’ll get plenty of personalised coaching and feedback throughout the day.


Can we ask questions about training and nutrition?
Absolutely! This day is all about you. You'll get to “pick our brains” and ask us all those questions you've been dying to know.  Sometimes, it’s just one answer or a single piece of advice that can change everything.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Due to the exclusivity and limited spots for this event, tickets are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your spot to someone else.

Meet your elegant and badass coaches

I’m Libby Wescombe, and I have over 15 years of experience working with women, from high-level athletes to busy professionals and mothers, helping them feel strong, fit, and powerful. As a strength & conditioning coach, nutritionist, and previous CrossFit competitor, I know what it takes to get results and build a strong and resilient body. I specialise in blending science-backed principles with actionable steps to give you clarity and confidence in your training. Oh, and when I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outdoors, chasing adventures or hanging with my just-turned-18-year-old daughter.
I’m Amy Bowe and just like my training BFF above I have over 15 years experience in the health & fitness industry. I am fur mama to Hank, Fur Mama to Hank, a coffee lover, wannabe singer and podcast host. I have a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters in Dietetics. But the really cool thing… Together Lib and I have about thirty years of knowledge & experience to share with you (pretty cool, right?). I help women learn how to train properly and move better so they can create the body they love and get the life they want. I want you to know what it feels like to lift a heavy barbell. To move a weight you once couldn’t lift. I want you to have a great love affair with training.
