I'm Libby Wescombe. Part coach, part hype girl, part black sheep, part foodie, part adventurer. 

Also a business owner, ex-athlete, and mum who’s lived through some sh*t you truly couldn’t make up.

I was born into a religious cult called The Family International (previously called The Children of God). For 22 years, that was my whole world: the rules, the control, the silence.

As messed up as it was, it also gave me skills. I came out of it scrappy, resilient, and an advocate for women getting strong and backing themselves - in life, in food, in training, in everything. I built a life from the ground up, and every part of that story shaped the coach I am today.

Do you work with women all around the world?
I sure do. Since I started my business 9 years ago, I've been working with worldwide clients. I have clients from all around the world including from Australia, New Zealand, The US, Canada, Europe, Dubai, Singapore, and more.

Why do you charge in US dollars?
80% of my clientele are non-Australians & USD is the most common currency for all things online.
What if I have medical or health conditions? Can I still join this program?
We’d love to work with you! You are more than welcome to join although as with any change in diet and/or training, you should check with your doctor/health care provider and get their approval first.
What if I have like Z-E-R-O knowledge of macros, tracking & training, can I still be successful with this program?
